Edible Belmont is a new effort to catalogue and acknowledge all the various community food projects in an around our neighborhood with the goal of recognizing or creating a shared food resource within a block of every resident. We've created a map with the resources we currently know of, but there are others I'm sure. Check it out here.
Preston's Paradise wouldn't exist without the tremendous support and encouragement we receive from the many community partners who were here before us and do exemplary work in their own right. It's easy for new garden projects to get a lot of press and attention, but these folks are the real community organizers, many of them growing food to share for decades. We hope you'll stop by and hear their stories.
